About Us
The Him River Power Limited (HRPL), established on Mangsir 29,2067(October 15th 2010) under to Company Act 2063 of Nepal as private company, comprises of a group of veterans in the field of entrepreneurship having innovative ideas of modern enterprises with advanced development strategies and management concepts. Him River Power Limited commits to create superior value for all its shareholders and stakeholders and aimed to be among most admired and trusted company in the country. It has planned to contribute to the national economy through accelerated hydropower development. The proponents of the Company include different person from multidisciplinary sectors interested in hydropower development. The main objectives of the company are to develop, build and operate Hydropower Projects in Nepal. In July 16,2022, the company is transformed from private to public limited as per the Company Act 2063 BS. The company from its very beginning was focusing on the development of the Liping Khola Hydropower Project (16.26MW).
